Commercial law is a sub-branch of law that covers all of the legislation related to trade. It regulates businesses, corporations, business relations between individuals, the rights and obligations of the parties.

The Commercial Law which was introduced in 2011 has six chapters, (except introduction and final provisions). These are;

1. Law of Commercial Enterprise
2. Corporate Law
3. Law of Commercial Papers
4. Transportation Law
5. Maritime Law
6. Insurance Law
